The file would be with specific format but iPhone's viewing engine can not recognize it well.

Please send the file to us for testing.

PDF reader app can't read some files and crashed. But after converted by Mac Preview function, it finally works.

It was caused by your PDF file format can not be recognized well with Apple's viewing engine.

You can try to convert it with Mac Preview function and save it as another file, which may help to read on iPhone.

If you use Windows system, you can use Acrobat Reader Pro to convert it.

When I went to cmd.exe and typed telnet and it tells that “telnet” is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Do you use Windows 7 system ? Windows 7 disabled the cmd.exe function.

So you need to find other softwares to install this feature. I show you as the following link.

If you still can not transfer files through wifi.

you can use our builit-in browser to download the files you want, this would be more easy.

How to deal with some other problems that is not listed here?

You may first check the Troubleshooting section.

But if you have tried everything but in vain:

Please shut down your iPhone completely and turn it on again.

Then, open Safari on iPhone and go to any website to see if your WiFi works,

and come back to open PDF Reader and try it again.

If it still doesn't work, please try it with other browsers or WiFi environments.

All Troubleshooting tips are feedback collected from our customers.
